For half my life, I have been an independent consultant, coach and facilitator with advanced skills and expertise in leadership and diversity, equity and inclusion. For 15 years I was co-Director (and Founder) of the Equality Academy/EA Consultancy – work I continue on a freelance basis today.
The focus of this work has always been relational – helping people in and out of organisations develop a wholesome relationship with themselves, each other and the wider community & world.
I love to lend my voice or words, perhaps one or two instruments… to your gatherings, ceremonies, rites of passage, poems, installations or events.
At times I have been seen singing or leading a choir at a protest, a benefit or someone’s wedding or birthday. I have conducted weddings, baby blessings, funerals and other rites of passage.
